You Choose Your Home Infusion Pharmacy — Not the Hospital
When you're being discharged with home infusion orders, the hospital may hand you a list or name a default infusion company. Many patients don't realize they can say no. You have the right to choose any qualified, in-network provider you prefer.
If you'd like a local, independent pharmacy where a real pharmacist answers the phone and your delivery driver knows your name, just tell your care team: "I'd like to use Holly Hill Pharmacy." We'll handle the rest, including verifying your insurance and coordinating with your hospital and doctor.

Tell Your Care Team
Let your hospital nurse, discharge planner, case manager, or physician know you want your home infusion handled by Holly Hill Pharmacy. They can note it on your discharge plan.
Have Orders Sent to Us
Your provider can fax orders to 386-677-0739 or upload a referral online. If you're not sure it happened, just call us and we'll follow up for you.
We Take It From There
We verify your insurance, prepare your medications in our ACHC-accredited sterile clean room, and deliver to your door — usually within 24–48 hours, with 24/7 pharmacist and nurse support.

- IV antibiotic therapy (OPAT) for cellulitis, osteomyelitis, endocarditis, complicated UTIs, post-surgical infections, and more
